Trans-Tasman "Can do"

The past 24 hours have seen Australia and New Zealand announce the intention to make inter-operable both their retirement savings plans and their emissions trading schemes.

Amazing what can be done when the will is there to do it.

Stuff framed the emissions story as a response to the Business Roundtable saying it can't be done and the Herald buried it in the business section online, emphasizing the differences between the schemes.

Continuing the recent news trend in Stuff and the Herald, good news for the government can't be presented as such...if you have to mention it at all.
