"Construction of Wellington Inner-City Bypass"

Having lived in Wellington for over 20 years, I found this video fascinating. I've driven through the new by-pass and I have to say it seemed to untangle what used to be tangled. If you aren't familiar with the Upper Cuba St area in downtown Wellington as it was, this video won't mean much.
