New York: Ground zero rebuild on hold

Budget overruns have stalled the rebuild on the World Trade Center site in New York. The site owner describes the announced completion dates as unrealistic "emotional dates"(BBC Report). The 541m "Freedom Tower", memorial and transit hub were originally budgeted at US$14 billion.
